So yeah, i’m Colin, aka HUNGRYBOI — a self-taught chef, sort of a culinary creator but most of all a comfort food enthusiast based in Rotterdam. Growing up, my house was the go-to spot for food, where all the homies came together over simple, delicious meals. That love for food and connection turned into my mission: creating dishes that bring people joy and tell a story.

In 2025, I’ve co-founder of Drippy’s, a smashburger joint in the heart of Rotterdam, where we craft dope flavors with premium ingredients and amazing vibes. I’m also the author of Comfort Cookin' — The Cookbook, a celebration of comfort food, blending recipes, culture, and personal stories from New York, Rotterdam, and beyond. Right now I’m all about making comfort food content — to inspire you, make you laugh, and show that cooking food that feeds the soul doesn’t have to be complicated.
